I’m glad you’re here.

It all begins with a vision for yourself. Maybe you want to feel good in your body. Maybe you want to see a transformation. Or maybe you want to experience deep healing, release, and relief.

It all starts with booking a session.

“I believe that building awareness through movement is what brings about health and change in the body. Always in perpetual motion, I have a background in gymnastics, dressage, snowboarding, bodysurfing, yoga, and mountain biking. I particularly love the synergy and correlation between Thai Massage and Pilates.

I began practicing Thai Massage in 2001 and have taught classes at the International Professional School of Bodywork. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Holistic Health from the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB). I studied in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and co-wrote a Thai Massage book with Dr. Richard Gold. I studied in quarterly Couples Thai workshops at Julian Littleford’s Pilates studio. I finished my Pilates Teacher Training with Julian Littleford in 2007.”

Thai Massage

Centuries ago, a dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga and Ayurveda was born in the temples of Thailand. In this unique healing system, Thai Yoga Massage – also called Nuad Boran and widely known as traditional Thai massage, the practitioner guides the recipient through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (“Sen”) lines and pressure points. This results in a comprehensive full-body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and balances the body energetically.

Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a table: both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. No oils or creams are used.
